Overview
Our Biology program brings the natural world to life as students explore living organisms, ecosystems, and the building blocks of life. Through hands-on experiments and creative discovery, kids dive into the fascinating systems that make plants, animals, and humans function.
From dissecting flowers to studying the human body, students become young scientists—observing, questioning, and experimenting to better understand the world around them.
Along the way, they build scientific thinking skills, expand their curiosity, and gain a new appreciation for the incredible diversity of life on Earth.

What kids learn
- The basics of life science: cells, organs, body systems, and ecosystems
- How to use scientific tools like microscopes and observation journals
- The structure and function of plants, animals, and the human body
- How organisms grow, adapt, and interact with their environment
- The scientific method through inquiry, data collection, and analysis
Hands-on projects
- Examining leaves, flowers, and seeds under magnifying lenses
- Building models of the human body’s systems (like the lungs or heart)
- Creating mini-ecosystems to observe habitats and food chains
- Testing how plants respond to light, water, and different environments
- Investigating animal adaptations through model-making and observation
This was the first time my daughter got excited about anything school related. She keeps asking when the next biology class will be.
Key benefits
- Sparks interest in life sciences and the natural world
- Builds foundational STEM skills in observation, analysis, and experimentation
- Helps students make connections between biology and everyday life
- Encourages curiosity, patience, and attention to detail
- Gives kids confidence to ask questions and seek answers through science
